Within 7 days of purchase. the purchase must be registered here online, or, if your racquet has a 2-part warranty card attached, by post,.

If registered online, include a copy of the proof (scan) of purchase.

The warranty applies to the racquet frame only

If emailing to us about a warranty incident please include:

• Clear, focused photos, without flash, showing the problem, the registration number, and the butt cap of the racquet where the letters BK appear.
• Include a scan or photo of your sales receipt.
• Based on that email you may be asked for further information or to return your broken racquet to Black Knight at your shipping expense for examination

6 Months

We usually have to examine a racquet to determine if a defect was a factor in its breakage. The more use a racquet shows the less likely that a break is due to a defect rather than to usage.

Start by emailing to us about a warranty incident, and please include:

• Clear, focused photos, without flash showing the problem, the registration number, and the butt cap of the racquet where the letters BK appear.
• Include a scan or photo of your sales receipt.
• Based on that email you may be asked for further information or to return your broken racquet to Black Knight at your shipping expense for examination

Subject to approval, Black Knight will then send a free replacement racquet.
